Repair Request
All Lindgren-Pitman S2-1200, SV-1200 and SV-2400 electric reels should be serviced and repaired at the factory.
The cost of update / out of warranty service normally runs $250 or less. For any service exceeding that amount you will be contacted with an estimate for the service costs.
Once completed the customer can either pick the item up or we can ship it to the requested address. Shipping charges will be added and payment can be made by most major credit cards.
IMPORTANT - International Returns:
If you are shipping a return for repair from outside the U.S., be sure to have the shipper use the Harmonized Tariff Code 9801.00.1000 with the wording "Imported for Repair and Re-export" on the waybill to avoid unnecessary customs duties.
